Pain or discomfort are clear messages from your body that an area may need special care or rest . In this practice, we’ll start off with common standing poses, then explore creative alternatives. I move quickly through these sequences just to introduce you to different options. Feel free to pause or rewind as many times as you need to . You’ll need a yoga mat, a blanket and any props you use to support your practice.
