So, I look for ways to move some of my favorite standing poses to the ground to take pressure off my feet. In yoga as in life, it’s important to listen to your body. Pain or discomfort are clear messages from your body that an area may need special care or rest . In this practice, we’ll start off with common standing poses, then explore creative alternatives. I move quickly through these sequences just to introduce you to different options. Feel free to pause or rewind as many times as you need to . You’ll need a yoga mat, a blanket and any props you use to support your practice.
