Participants will move through a 60-minute yoga body positive Thick Girl Yoga-Full Embodied Expression™ flow led by Christina while grooving in a soulful stereo sauna of live vocals with conscious uplifting lyrics set to instrumental neosoul tracks by indie neosul artist 'Dorian'! After the flow, The ATP Xperience will lead double dutch jumprope fun out on the sidewalk with old school neosoul hits playing on the sound system. Bring athletic shoes for jumping rope.
